I lived in an apartment and I shared it with another guy and I didn’t like living in with him because he kept the apartment all dirty and I couldn’t do anything about it because he paid half of the rent for that big untidy apartment so I really wanted a new apartment, a small one but at least my own so that I could keep it tidy and clean. For that reason, I was saving my earnings so that when the time comes I will be ready to leave this dirty house. One day I was just searching the websites and just randomly searched for some reasonable apartments in Tel Aviv. I found a site in which there were real estate tel aviv and were not very much expensive so I just decided then that I am going to contact this person who was advertising for these apartments and in a couple of weeks I contact him for the apartment and bought it. It is small but for one person it is more than enough and above all, I can keep it the way I like.
